The licensed therapists who visit you
Every Five Dock session is delivered by a physical therapist licensed in the patient's state.

What to expect from your therapist
Licensed in your state
Physical therapists in the U.S. hold a state license, and many have a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree. Ask for your therapist's license number anytime.
Identification at the door
Your therapist shows identification when they arrive. If you're ever unsure, call us before opening the door.
Your full 45 minutes
Sessions are one-on-one and never double-booked, so your therapist's attention stays on you.

How we match you with a therapist
- Licensed in the state where you live
- Experienced with the kind of problem you need help with
- Available at times that suit you
- The same therapist for your visits whenever possible, so you don't have to repeat your story
Prefer a particular therapist, or a male or female therapist? Tell your coordinator and we'll do our best to arrange it.
Are you a licensed physical therapist?
We're always glad to hear from licensed PTs who enjoy treating patients at home. Tell us where you're licensed and a little about your experience.

Ready for a session at home?
Tell us what's going on and where you live. A care coordinator will call to match you with a licensed physical therapist and confirm a time.
