Why therapy at home works so well

The goal of physical therapy is to make daily life easier. Home is where daily life happens.

  • Practice on your own stairs, chairs and doorways, not clinic equipment
  • No travel when you're sore, tired or recovering from surgery
  • Family members or caregivers can join and learn how to help
  • Your therapist can point out trip hazards and simple safety fixes
