Booking and visits
How long is a session?
Every session is a full 45 minutes, one-on-one with your physical therapist, in your home.
How do I book?
Use our online booking form or call (833) 386-9231. A care coordinator will call to confirm details before your first visit.
How soon can a therapist visit?
It depends on therapist availability in your area. Your coordinator will offer the earliest times available when they call.
Where in the home does the session happen?
Anywhere with a little space to move, about the size of a yoga mat. Your therapist will also work with you on stairs, chairs, doorways or anywhere else you have trouble.
Can a family member be there?
Yes. Many patients like a family member or caregiver to join so they can learn how to help with exercises.
Do you see patients at your office?
No. Our Chicago office handles scheduling and administration. All therapy sessions take place in patients' homes.
Free sessions for 65+
Who qualifies for the 3 free sessions?
New patients who are 65 or older on the date of their first visit. A photo ID showing date of birth is required at the first visit.
Are the free sessions billed to Medicare?
No. The three free sessions are not billed to you or to any insurer, including Medicare and Medicaid.
Is there any obligation afterward?
No. You can stop after the three free sessions. If you choose to continue, we'll explain pricing first. Read the full terms.
Pricing, insurance and referrals
How much does a session cost?
Pricing depends on your location and how you pay. Call us and we'll give you a clear price before anything is booked.
Do you accept insurance or Medicare?
Coverage varies by plan and by state. When you call, we'll explain which payment options are available to you and what we can and can't bill.
Do I need a doctor's referral?
Every state allows some form of direct access to a physical therapist, but rules vary by state and insurer. Medicare and some plans require a physician to certify your plan of care. We'll check what applies to you.
Therapists and safety
Who will treat me?
A physical therapist licensed in your state. You can ask your therapist for their license number, which you can check with your state's licensing board.
How will I know it's really my therapist at the door?
Your therapist will show identification when they arrive. If you're unsure, call us at (833) 386-9231 before opening the door.
Is in-home physical therapy right for everyone?
Not always. Your therapist will evaluate you at the first visit, and if they believe you need a different kind of care, they'll tell you and suggest that you see your doctor. In an emergency, call 911.
Can you guarantee results?
No one can honestly guarantee results from physical therapy. Many people improve with a consistent program, but progress depends on your condition, health and how closely you can follow your plan.
Ready for a session at home?
Tell us what's going on and where you live. A care coordinator will call to match you with a licensed physical therapist and confirm a time.
