Your therapist sets aside a full 45 minutes, plus travel time, for each visit. This policy helps us keep visit times available for everyone.
Changing or cancelling a visit
- Please give at least 24 hours' notice to change or cancel a visit by calling (833) 386-9231 or emailing info@fivedockphysiotherapy.com.
- Visits cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed visits, may be subject to a late cancellation fee. Any fee will be explained to you before your first visit is confirmed.
- For the 3 free sessions for patients 65+, a visit missed without 24 hours' notice may be counted as used.
When we waive the policy
We understand that things happen. We generally waive late-cancellation charges for sudden illness, hospital admission, family emergencies and unsafe weather. Just let us know as soon as you can.
If we need to reschedule
If your therapist is delayed or needs to reschedule, we'll contact you as early as possible and offer the next available time. You'll never be charged for a visit we cancel.
Feeling unwell?
If you have a fever or a contagious illness, please call to reschedule. It protects your therapist and their other patients. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.
